PRP uses the growth factors in your own blood to stimulate hair follicles that have started to shut down. No transplant. No tablet to remember every morning. Just a clinical treatment aimed at the part of your scalp that actually grows hair.

You have tried the shampoos. The scalp serums. The supplement your cousin swore by. Maybe even a laser cap that lived in the cupboard after three weeks.
And here you are. The same widening part. The same thinning crown. The same handful of hair in the drain every morning.
It is not your fault. Almost everything sold for hair loss works on the hair shaft, which is already dead tissue. It does nothing for the follicle underneath, and the follicle is where hair growth actually starts or stops.
That is exactly why we use PRP. Not as a product you rub in. As a clinical treatment delivered into the scalp, at the depth where the follicle lives.
At Kosaa, PRP is injected into the dermal layer of the scalp, roughly a millimetre and a half down, where the follicle and the blood supply that feeds it sit.
That is the difference between a serum that sits on the surface and a treatment that reaches the structure producing your hair.
You are not buying a scalp facial. You are investing in a clinical protocol that changes the environment your follicles are trying to grow in.
We take a small blood sample, spin it to concentrate the platelets, and place that concentrate into your scalp at follicle depth. Nothing synthetic goes in and nothing foreign comes near you.

With over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry as a qualified Beauty Therapist I have developed an extensive understanding of skin, beauty, facial aesthetics and the importance of enhancing each individual’s natural features.
My passion for aesthetics continued to grow, leading me to pursue a career in nursing, where I have further developed my clinical knowledge, skills and understanding of anatomy, safety and patient care. Combining my background in beauty therapy with my nursing experience allows me to approach cosmetic treatments with both an aesthetic eye and a strong clinical foundation.
I have also completed specialised professional courses and ongoing training in cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, allowing me to continually expand my knowledge and keep up with the latest techniques and developments within the industry.
My philosophy is centred around natural, elegant and personalised results. I take the time to understand each client’s individual features and aesthetic goals, with the aim of enhancing their natural beauty rather than changing who they are.
With decades of experience across both the beauty and medical fields, my goal is to provide a professional, personalised and comfortable experience where clients can feel confident in their treatment and their results.
One PRP session on its own does very little. Follicles respond to repeated stimulation, and only when it is spaced to match the hair growth cycle.
Your course is built by our clinical team around that cycle. Sessions sit four to six weeks apart through the first phase, then stretch out as growth settles. We image your scalp at set points so the plan is adjusted against what your hair is actually doing, not against a guess.
That is why we do not sell one-off PRP. A single session gives you a sore scalp and a photo. A course gives you something you can measure.

You have probably worked through the shampoos, the serums and the supplements already. The shedding slows for a while, then comes back. The part keeps widening. Your scalp shows through in photos in a way it did not two years ago.
Because almost everything on the shelf treats the strand, not the follicle that grows it. And a follicle that is shrinking will keep shrinking no matter what you put on top of it.
Most hair products are designed to:
Coat the hair shaft
Add temporary volume
Disguise the scalp with pigment
Or slow the loss without regrowing anything
They don't address what actually causes hair to thin.
Things like:
Poor blood supply to the follicle
Follicles miniaturising, cycle after cycle
Ongoing scalp inflammation
Hormonal, thyroid and iron-related triggers
Even if your hair looks fuller for a season, the follicle underneath keeps shrinking.

A treatment that supports growth factors to support tissue repair and regeneration.
Scalp imaging at set review points so density change is visible
In advanced paramedical skin and scalp treatment
We treat the follicle and its blood supply, not the strand

Designed to regrow hair, not just slow the loss down.

A qualified practitioner will assess your skin or scalp to determine if PRP is suitable for your concerns and discuss a personalised treatment plan. This includes the recommended number of sessions, any complementary therapies, expected outcomes, and a clear explanation of potential risks before treatment proceeds.

A small blood sample is taken from your arm, similar to a routine blood test. The sample is then processed in-clinic using a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma for treatment.

The prepared PRP is applied to the treatment area using microneedling for skin concerns or fine injections for scalp treatments. The procedure is performed by a qualified practitioner, and a topical numbing agent may be used to enhance comfort.

Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur after treatment and typically subsides within one to two days, although recovery can vary between individuals. Most clients can resume normal daily activities the same day, with aftercare instructions and recommended treatment frequency discussed during your consultation.
We focus on giving you clarity, a personalised plan, and treatment that supports long-term hair improvement.
You'll leave with a clear understanding of:
What is actually driving your hair loss
Whether PRP is the right treatment for you, or whether something else would suit you better
What a realistic result looks like, and how long it takes to get there

No guesswork.

No wasted money on products that don't work

No temporary fixes.

Common questions about how we work and what to expect.
Yes. Your initial scalp assessment is completely free with no obligation.
People with thinning hair who still have living follicles. It works best when you start early, while the follicle is shrinking rather than gone.
It will not regrow hair on scalp that has been fully bald for years, because there is no follicle left to stimulate. It is also not suitable with certain blood conditions or medications. We check all of that at your assessment and we will tell you if PRP is the wrong call.
We apply numbing cream first. Most people describe pressure and a brief sting rather than pain. You can drive yourself home straight after.
PRP uses growth factors concentrated from your own blood and places them at follicle depth. There is no drug involved and nothing foreign going in, so there is no daily routine to keep up and no rebound if you stop.
Shedding usually settles first, around six to eight weeks in. Visible density takes longer, generally three to six months, because that is simply how long the hair growth cycle takes. Anyone promising faster is selling you something else.

Book your free scalp assessment and get a clear picture of what is driving your hair loss and what can realistically be done about it.
